Welcome to Shop Summer Hill. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders & Processing

All orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

2. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shop Summer Hill ships within the contiguous United States only. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $150, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unworn items postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items must have original tags attached and be shelf-ready upon arrival, meaning free of stains, odors, and pet hair. Items that do not meet these conditions are subject to a partial refund. To start a return, log into your account or email hello@shopsummerhill.com and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Product Descriptions & Imagery

Shop Summer Hill makes every effort to accurately represent each item through photography and written descriptions. Slight variations in color may occur due to individual screen settings. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will work to resolve it promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Shop Summer Hill and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled securely and will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shop Summer Hill is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Shop Summer Hill reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
